2 1/2 c apples, pared & sliced
3/8 c Splenda® sweetener
3/8 c whole-wheat flour
3/8 c dry oats
1 1/2 TBS cinnamon
1 1/2 TBS Smart Balance Margarine

Prepare:   Arrange apples in cooking pan; combine:  Splenda®, flour, oats, cinnamon, and margarine into crumbly mixture; press mixture over apples; bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until tops are brown. Makes four servings.



1 c water
1/2 c Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1 (12 oz) package fresh cranberries
1 c Granny Smith apples, peeled & chopped
1/2 c cider vinegar
1/2 c raisins
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/8 tsp ground cloves

Prepare:   Combine water and Splenda® in medium saucepan; bring to a boil; stir in cranberries, apples, cider vinegar, raisins, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and cloves; return to boil; simmer gently for 10 minutes; stir frequently; pour into mixing bowl; place plastic wrap on surface of mixture.  Refrigerate.

Makes (20) 2 TBS servings
