If you want to improve your fitness but want to do so in our apartments in Stone Mountain, then here are five exercises you can do in your living room.

Use these exercises to build strength and get in shape.

  • Speed Walking- Clear a path and speed walk around it.  Repeat 20 times or march in place for 10 minutes.
  • Squats- Stand with your legs shoulder width apart, bend your knees as if you are sitting but do not let your knees push out in front of your toes. Repeat 12-20 times.
  • Push-Ups- Yes, they still work your arms and your core. Use proper position, with body like a plank, and go slowly up and down because the slower you go the higher the intensity. Repeat 10-20 times.
  • Chair Tricep Dips- Find two strong chairs that can support your weight and bend your elbows at 90 degrees until your arms are parallel to the floor. Repeat 8 times.
  • Sit-ups- Try a more intense sit-up with your lower legs. On your back lift your legs just off the floor and crunch. Aim for 50.
