  • Resist the urge to upgrade.  Use the electronics that you have and only upgrade when you need to.
  • If something goes wrong or breaks, consider repairing before replacing
  • If you need to upgrade, try replacing individual components rather then the whole item
  • Donate or resell your old electronics
  • Check out leasing options on electronics.  It’s a great way to stay up to date with what you need.
  • Buy from companies that offer take-back programs
