Mark your calendars for the upcoming Resident Appreciation Week being held July 28th through August 1st. 
At Southern Oaks Apartments we really appreciate out residents. That’s why we are planning a fun filled week of activities that all will enjoy. Check out the schedule of activities all in appreciation of you as a resident here at Southern Oaks Apartments.
- Tuesday – July 28: Valet Trash Day – We will be happy to pick up your trash from your door to the dumpster. Please have trashed bagged and in front of your door no later than 10:00 AM.
- Thursday – July 30: Jelly Bean Guessing Game – Think you have what it takes to guestimate the number of jelly beans in our container? Stop by the leasing office and give it a go.
- Saturday – August 1: Back to School Summer Bash – Details of this huge event are still evolving so make sure to stay tuned for further details.
The staff at Southern Oaks Apartments are looking forward to a fun filled week of activities in celebration of our residents!
