egg-hunt

Everyone will love hunting for eggs!

It won’t be long until the Easter Bunny
comes hopping into town! Mark the date on your calendar and sign up for the Fernbank Museum of Natural History’s Dinosaur Egg Hunt. It takes place on Saturday, March 30, 2013, (time yet to be determined). This family event is always popular, and advance registration is required. Check the website for registration details.

The Bunny hides his brightly colored orbs on the museum’s lovely front lawn, where kids of all ages have a ball. In years past the hunt has been divided into different age groups, so all the kids get a chance. There are even “Family Hunt” stages, so adults can join in on the thrill and sheer fun of the hunt.

There is a definite dinosaur theme to the hunt, with games and festivities geared to the T-Rex loving crowd. And, you can explore the museum’s regular intriguing exhibits while you’re there.

Do you have some egg-citing Easter Egg ideas? Please share them on the Southern Oaks Apartments Facebook page. And happy hunting!
